The Quay Notes Orchestra consists of young musicians with a strong local presence and has a 7- strong string section, a 4-instrument wood wind, a 4-instrument brass section and timparni and percussion. This is a wonderfully entertaining mixture of different styles with fun elements provided by Martin Huggett and Geoffrey Burford, demonstrating the liveliness of their four hands on the piano, and Peter and the Wolf.  In the interval, the Quay Notes Five will be playing Jazz.
Tickets for the concert are £10 for adults and £5 for under 12s and include a drink. They can be obtained from either Lucca, The Thorn, Mistley Post Office or by emailing [email protected].
Please tell your friends and come to support FTQ to raise funds to meet the costs of the Village Green Inquiry.
